Sometimes, I just can’t say no to ramen.
It’s very easy to prepare. I can throw in whatever is available in my pantry. While watching the Rio Olympics, I sautéed onion and garlic, added shredded rotisserie chicken, then chicken broth. Once the broth reached boiling point, I added ramen noodles and already cooked vegetables. Three minutes after, I cracked an egg on the mixture, stirring immediately. Voilà, chicken and vegetable ramen! Yum. 😋
