Pilgrim Monument, Provincetown MA

Pilgrim Monument was built to commemorate the first landing of the pilgrims in the New World and the signing of the Mayflower Compact.Pilgrim Monument is the tallest all-granite structure in the United States. It is one of the top attractions in Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Visitors pay a fee to climb the monument. The view from the top makes up for the challenge of climbing 116 steps and the fee. Plus, they get a certificate for their effort.

When in Provincetown, visitors may definitely want to see this popular attraction.
