Against the Odds, the Tower of Pisa Stands, I Mean Leans

Defying gravity, the Bell Tower of Pisa refused to fall. It started leaning when the third level was added due to the soft ground it was built on. Against the odds, it stubbornly remains upright, welcoming visitors who wish to climb to the top.

  1. Can you still go up? When I was 7 we visited Pisa and were able to go up to the top of the tower. It was rather scary up there with the leaning and such! Will never forget!
