Tasty Tuesday: Cacio e Pepe

Cheese and pepper! Pecorino Romano cheese and fresh pepper. These are the two main ingredients in this Roman dish. It’s simple, and when prepared the right way, with quality ingredients, really good. Leaving some hot cooking water with the pasta melts the cheese, and the starches in the water binds the cheese and pepper with the pasta. When in Rome, one must try this simple Roman dish.
